For our official course kick-off, weâll watch Tsui Harkâs spectacular blend of martial arts, mystery, and supernatural intrigue. Detective Dee is a gothic blockbuster set in Tang dynasty China, mixing court politics, eerie conspiracies, and dazzling action sequences. A perfect mix of martial-arts spectacle and spooky atmosphere to carry us toward Halloween.
